Mr. Brent Macdonald is President and Chief Operating Officer of Exclusively Canada Ltd., which he founded in 2002. An eighth-generation Canadian who was born in Vancouver, BC, Brent's expansive knowledge of Canadian tourism product is relied upon extensively by travel agents and clientele worldwide. He is passionate about Canadian travel, evidenced by accolades from customers who compliment his commitment to detail and consistent delivery of flawless vacation experiences.

Prior to founding his own travel company, Brent spent many years working with one of Canada's largest inbound tour operators developing business channels throughout the Americas. Then, as now, he specifically catered to the needs of upscale leisure travelers wishing to experience the best that Canada has to offer.

Brent brings with him over 30 years of experience in senior sales. He graduated from both the Capilano College Tourism and British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT) Entrepreneur programs and continues to be actively involved with both institutions on an advisory level.

Mr. Shannon Wilkinson has been involved with Exclusively Canada Ltd. since its inception in 2002 in the areas of marketing strategy, website and application development, and consumer direct marketing. He joined Exclusively Canada full time in the role of Vice President Marketing in September 2005.

Shannon brings to Exclusively Canada Ltd. 15 years of management experience in business strategy, market development, and consumer sales and marketing. Prior to his tenure with Exclusively Canada, Shannon started and built successful businesses in the fields of Consumer Goods Distribution, CRM & Enterprise Technology, and Internet Services. He adds strength to Exclusively Canada in areas of strategic marketing planning and execution, information technology leadership, website design, and online marketing.

Shannon's experience is grounded in formal business education as a graduate of the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology in his hometown of Edmonton, Alberta and the University of British Columbia.

Mr. Jim Warren is Exclusively Canada Ltd.’s Director of Product Development. Jim joined the company in autumn of 2004 to lead product packaging, bringing with him a diverse range of travel experience and industry knowledge.

Jim’s background is rich in senior sales and product positions with national and international tour operators, travel associations, and product suppliers. He was born and New Westminster, BC, and has worked over 30 years in various capacities within the travel industry.

Formally with Tourism Vancouver, Jim worked closely with the Alaskan Cruise industry and was an active participant in the early development of the Canadian Tourism Commission (CTC). He was instrumental in the creation of the Association of Canadian Travel Agencies (ACTA) and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the North American Tour Association (NTA). He has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of British Columbia.
