Day 1 - Arrive Montreal
Upon arrival at the Montreal-Trudeau International Airport; you will be met by your private sedan and transfer to your hotel. Downtown Montreal is the hub for shopping and entertainment, you hotel is in easy access to what interests you most. Close at hand is Ste. Day 2 - Montreal Museum Pass / Dinner at Auberge Saint-Gabriel
Today is yours to explore with the Montreal Museums Pass, which is a wonderful way to discover the Island of Montréal at your own pace. Montreal's internationally renowned museums and attractions reflect the city's history and cultural diversity, and address a wide variety of themes from innovative, highly authentic angles. The pass is valid at 30 major Montreal museums and attractions (including the Montreal Biodôme, Botanical Garden, Insectarium, Planetarium and Science Centre, to name a few), along with public transit, in a unique package good for 3 consecutive days!
Tonight you will dine at North America's oldest inn, Auberge Saint-Gabriel Restaurant, located inside the stone walls of Old Montreal. As a reflection of the well-known Quebec's hospitality, the welcome is warm and the service courteous. Fine cooking reuniting two continents through French and Quebec cuisine. The new glass wine cellar allows you to admire the collection before tasting your selection.

Day 3 - VIA Rail - Montreal to Quebec City (VIA 1) / Transfer to the Ice Hotel
The morning is at leisure to continue exploring Montreal. In the early afternoon you will transfer from your hotel to the VIA Rail station by private sedan. Upon arrival at the train station, go straight to the Panorama lounge which is reserved for VIA 1 passengers. You'll be able to unwind as you wait for departure. The day's newspapers, coffee and juice will be yours to enjoy, free of charge. You will depart downtown Montréal and travel to Sainte-Foy, then onto downtown Québec City. You will travel in VIA 1 class which offers you a delicious meal and exclusive access to the VIA 1 lounge in the service-car. Upon arrival in Québec City, you will be met by your private sedan and transfer to the Ice Hotel Quebec, located at the Station touristique Duchesnay on the shores of Lake St. Joseph just 25 minutes northwest of Quebec City.
The Ice Hotel Quebec was the first ice hotel in Canada and your home for the night. The interior in the ice hotel features the utmost in luxury and the coolest high tech electronics. The Ice Palace is constructed entirely of ice and snow and maintains a constant, if a bit chilly, internal temperature of between -2 and -5 degrees Celsius (28 to 23 Fahrenheit). Fibre optics, fireplaces and candlelight cast a beautiful warm glow creating an unparallel experience for the guests. Upon arrival take a self-guided tour through the magical hotel. Your first impression will be walking into a spectacular reception area with ice sculptures and a grand hall lined with majestic columns, lit by a superb ice chandelier. Discover this unique and fascinating winter architectural marvel. After your tour, enjoy a drink from a glass sculpted out of ice at the coolest Ice Bar. This evening you will be treated to dinner, at Duchesnay.
After dinner you can sip vodka at the Absolut Ice Bar, dance at the N'ice Club, browse through art galleries, watch a movie at the cinema, or surrender to the calm tranquility of the hot tubs and sauna under the stars. The perfect ending to a full day of outdoor recreation and the perfect beginning to the ultimate romantic winter experience - a night at the Ice Hotel.

Day 4 - Dog Sledding & Other Winter Activities
This morning enjoy breakfast, at Duchesnay, before beginning your day of winter activities. Today you will start with dog sledding tour. This is a great opportunity to experience a truly 'Northern' activity. This 1.5 hour experience includes a welcome, kennel tour and training. Then you hook up and race your own team of Alaskan Huskies through the glistening white snow. A professional guide will give you a complete rundown on everything you need to know before you are on your way.
The remainder of the day is at leisure to enjoy some of the other activities offered at Duchesnay, including cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, ice skating, and access to the interpretation centre. This evening overnight at one of the three lodges.

Day 5 - Quebec City The Capital Tour/ Horse Drawn Carriage Ride & Dinner at Aux Anciens Canadiens
This morning after breakfast you will transfer by private sedan from Station Touristique Duchesnay to Quebec City. You can store your luggage with the bell desk while you depart on your 2 hour city tour of this fabulous city. Discover the only fortified city in America, North of Mexico. Quebec, a gem of distinct heritage, is the cradle of French Canadian culture in North America. Old Québec, with its narrow streets, offers historic houses, lively places and fortresses. Discover the Plains of Abraham and Battlefield Park, the Parliament Buildings and the Saint Lawrence river, one of the longest in the world. Remainder of the day is at leisure to explore the city at leisure.
This evening enjoy a 40-minute caleche (a horse-drawn carriage) sight-seeing tour in elegance and style through the streets of Old Québec. Experienced, bilingual drivers will give you a guided tour of the city. Afterwards, you driver will transfer you to Aux Anciens Canadiens to dine on specialties of the region. This restaurant is in a building dating from 1676 and is known for its Quebecoise decorated rooms and its French Quebecoise cuisine. You will experience a 3 course menu, and discover the hospitality so treasured by the Quebecois expressed in its purest tradition!
