Day 1 - Arrive Winnipeg
Arrive at your convenience in Winnipeg. The afternoon is at leisure for you to explore the city of Winnipeg.

Day 2 -Winnipeg to Riding Mountain Guest National Park
This morning depart Winnipeg by van, for a leisurely drive west to the Riding Mountain Guest National Park, passing by rich farming communities and numerous small towns. There will be several stops along the way at the Delta Marsh Waterfowl Research Centre as well as Oak Hammock Marsh Interpretive Centre. Arrive at the Guest Ranch, your accommodation for the next 3 nights. Once settled in, enjoy a delicious dinner.

Day 3 & 4 - Black Bear & Wildlife Viewing
Enjoy the beautiful country surroundings for the next 2 days. Wildlife activities will begin at first light and end at sundown! You have the chance to set out on guided nature walks and even visit a vacant bear den. Each day also gives you the opportunity to see black bears close-up from a specially-prepared viewing blind. Wildlife which you might see and photograph include black bear, beaver, bison, moose, elk, whitetail deer, coyote, lynx plus a variety of birds such as Common Loon, Great Gray Owl, Bald Eagle, Osprey, White Pelican, Pileated Woodpecker and Wood Duck. Enjoy nature interpretive commentaries and evening presentations and home cooked meals.

Day 5 - Riding Mountain National Park to Winnipeg / Fly Winnipeg to Churchill
After breakfast, depart from the Guest Ranch, starting with a wildlife safaris through the Park. Arrive at the Winnipeg airport, and fly from Winnipeg to Churchill. Upon arrival in Churchill, transfer to your hotel.

Day 6, 7 & 8 - Polar Bear Viewing & Churchill Activities
The next 3 days in Churchill will include a town and area tour, visits to the Museum and Parks facility, and dog sledding. You'll spend 2 full days on the Tundra Buggy®® searching for Polar Bears and other wildlife.
Polar Bear Viewing - Today is spent touring by Tundra Buggy® to view Polar Bears. What is a Tundra Buggy' Picture in front of you this huge wheeled - I mean huge, like 5 feet high huge, wheeled vehicle. Sitting on top of the wheels is this huge, I mean huge, wide-bodied enclosure. The vehicle includes a propane heater, a toilet facility and, for all intent and purposes, comfortable seats, windows (that open) and a large observation deck. Alas, now you have a Tundra Buggy® that allows you to go out on the tundra, in relative comfort and safety to watch and photograph polar bears.
Churchill & Area Tour - A guided bus tour of local and historical points of interest surrounding Churchill, including such attractions as Cape Merry, Port of Churchill and Manitoba Conservation's Polar Bear Holding Facility (weather permitting).
Dog Sledding - Half-day program includes a slide show of Arctic and Antarctic dog sled travel. (presented by John Stetson who has traveled more than 60,000 miles with his dogs). Enjoy an exhilarating ride behind a strong team of huskies on a custom-made sled.
Slide Presentation - Conducted by seasoned residents or visitors to the north. Relax and soak-up years of northern experience communicated in enchanting stories and magnificent photography.
Parks Canada Interpretive Centre - Walk back in time viewing detailed and exciting wildlife dioramas, fur trade exhibits. View a series of videos on the history, culture and wildlife of the area. You leave chock-full of natural and historical information from the Churchill region.
Eskimo Museum - The museum contains one of Canada's finest collections of Inuit carvings, kayaks and artifacts dating from pre- Dorset, Dorset, Thule, and modern Inuit times.

Day 9 - Fly Churchill to Winnipeg
In the mid morning return to Winnipeg by plane and overnight in a comfortable hotel.

Day 10 - Depart Winnipeg
Today your tour ends. Transfer independently to the airport.
