Day 1 - Arrive in Montreal / River Boat Dinner Cruise
Upon arrival at Montreal-Trudeau International Airport, pick up your rental car and proceed to your downtown hotel. The afternoon you're at leisure to explore Montreal.
This evening experience a fabulous Dinner Cruise on the historic St. Lawrence River aboard a Paris-style river boat. While you're enjoying spectacular panoramic views, you'll savour the fine cuisine served at your table by our attentive waiters. You'll be entertained by the romantic and uplifting repertoire of our musical duo, singer Helène Cardinal and accordionist Mario Bruneau, who perform traditional French songs, accordion waltzes and jazz tunes. You will be seated on the Main Deck and enjoy a 4 course dinner including gratuity.
Note: Sunset Dinner Cruise operates from mid May to mid October. If it is not operating it will be substituted with a 6 course Tasting Menu at the Auberge Bonaparte Restaurant in Old Montreal.

Day 2 - Montreal Exploring with Museum Pass
Spend the day exploring Montreal, the second largest French speaking city in the world. This is a vibrant city, with the unique combination of French charm and a North American lifestyle. Explore trendy boutiques, relax in an outdoor cafe in the Old Montreal and visit museums, parks, and attractions. Explore on your own with the Montreal Museums pass, which is a wonderful way to discover the Island of Montreal at your own pace. Montreal's internationally renowned museums and attractions reflect the city's history and cultural diversity and address a wide variety of themes from innovative, highly authentic angles. The pass is valid at 30 major Montreal museums and attractions (including the Montreal Biodome, Botanical Garden, Insectarium, Planetarium and Science Centre, to name a few), along with public transit, in a unique package good for 3 consecutive days!

Day 3 - Montreal to Quebec City / Dinner at Aux Anciens Canadiens
Drive along the St. Lawrence River to historic Quebec City, North America's only walled city. This evening you will enjoy a traditional Quebec dinner at the historic Aux Anciens Canadiens Restaurant in Old Quebec City. You will experience a 3 course menu and discover the hospitality so treasured by the Quebecois expressed in its purest tradition!

Day 4 & 5 - Quebec City Exploring
Spend the day exploring Quebec city. Here you can experience the charm of Old France with winding cobblestone streets, quaint boutiques and restaurants housed in buildings over 400 years old. Outside of the walls you can visit the Citadel, the Plains of Abraham and a short drive away is Montmorency Falls.

Day 6 - Quebec City to the Charlevoix Region / Le Domaine Forget Concert
Travel along the north shore of the St. Lawrence River into the romantic Charlevoix region. Take the day to enjoy the sites along the way - stop in picturesque Baie-Saint-Paul to enjoy the many art galleries or take a side trip to historic Ile aux Coudres. Your day will end in Pointe-au-Pic and the impressive Fairmont Manoir Richelieu, a chateau-style hotel overlooking the St. Lawrence River.
Le Domaine Forget Concert
In the heart of spectacular Charlevoix, overlooking the wide bay of St. Irenee and the neighbouring horizons, Le Domaine Forget has been presenting very diversified programs since 1978. For over 25 years now, the Domaine Forget International Festival has reunited world renowned musicians. This year from June 23 to August 26, the Festival will feature well known ensembles, soloists, orchestras, dance companies as well as exciting up-coming talent, unique musical experiences guaranteed. Appreciate the exceptional acoustics of the Françoys-Bernier Hall, the beauty of the site at Domaine Forget, a rich musical season that is sure to surprise you!
Note: Le Domaine Forget offers concerts on various dates throughout the year (3-4 per week in the summer and 1-2 per week in the spring/fall), if there are no concerts during your stay it will be removed from your program.

Day 7 - Charlevoix Region Exploring
In the morning, relax with a game of golf or a soothing treatment at the spa, or take an exciting whale watching excursion. You may wish to try your luck at the Charlevoix Casino, located at the resort. The Casino offers 22 gaming tables, nearly 800 slot machines, Keno Lounge, and High-limits gaming area and private lounge.

Day 8 - Charlevoix Region to Montreal
This morning you will depart La Malbaie and make your way back to Montreal. En route, stop in Baie-Saint-Paul. A favourite of Canada's Group of Seven painters, the birthplace of the celebrated Cirque du Soleil, and a heritage town with over 85 century old homes, Baie-Saint-Paul is nestled in a valley that still draws artists to this day. Take a walk along its many narrow streets lined with charming boutiques and art galleries. It's a great way to discover and fully enjoy one of Quebec's oldest municipalities. Nearby Petite-Riviere-Saint-Francois, a scenic six kilometre drive down the mountain to the St. Lawrence River, is another favourite of visitors. Arrive in Montreal in the late afternoon.

Day 9 - Depart Montreal
Today your Quebec vacation comes to an end. Drive to the Montreal-Trudeau International Airport and drop off your car rental in time for your onward or homeward flight.
