Day 1 - Arrive
Calgary
Upon arrival at the Calgary International Airport, you will
pick-up your car rental and begin your journey from Calgary,
through the foothills, to the rocky mountain resort town of
Banff. You will travel to the Buffalo Mountain Lodge
which lies on the gentle slopes of Tunnel
Mountain
, which native people called "sleeping buffalo". The
Main Lodge compliments its natural setting with square timber,
post and beam construction, and high open ceilings. It
includes a charming lounge with a huge fieldstone fireplace,
dining room, conference rooms, indoor recreation area, steam
room and an outdoor hot tub.
Premier rooms
feature either two queen-size or one king-size bed and "Stickley"
style chairs in front of the wood-burning fireplace. Each has
a large bathtub, a separate shower stall and a pedestal sink
in the spacious bathrooms. The other units feature a gas or
wood-burning fireplace, private baths, feather and down
duvets, and one queen-size bed or two double beds.

Day 2
& 3 - Skiing
at Banff / Lake Louise
You will spend the next 3 days
skiing in the heart of the Canadian Rocky Mountains,
Banff-Lake Louise-Sunshine promises memorable skiing and
snowboarding amidst the world's most awesome scenery. Within
the protected wilderness of
Banff
National Park
, you will find three ski areas and two towns (
Banff

Lake Louise
). The 3 ski areas of Ski Banff @ Norquay,

feature more than 240 runs on over 7,700 acres of skiable
terrain. World famous dry (lower moisture content for
the scientific description) Canadian Rockies powder is
available for one of the longest, most consistent
ski/snowboard seasons in the world.

Day 4 - Skiing
& Transfer to Fernie Alpine Resort
This morning will be spent
skiing one of the 3 ski areas, before you depart on your 4.5
hour journey to Fernie. You will travel west on Highway
1 & 93 to Radium Hot Springs, then travel south to Fernie
Alpine Resort and the Lizard Lake Lodge. The Lizard Creek Lodge is a luxury resort hotel in the Fernie Alpine Resort ski area located right on the mountain offering ski-in, ski-out opportunities.
All units are condominium style and feature a fully equipped kitchen, living room area with fireplace with TV, VCR, and balcony. The Lodge features fine dining, atmospheric fire-side lounge serving meals and drinks, health club, spa, outdoor heated swimming pool and hot tubs.

Day 5 & 6 -
Skiing
at Fernie Alpine Resort
You will
spend the next 2 days skiing mountains of snow at the Fernie
Alpine Resort! An amazing 29 feet of natural snow blankets the
ski area's impressive five alpine bowls nestled in the
majestic limestone cliffs of the
Lizard
Range
in the
Rocky Mountains of British Columbia. Feathery powder falls
here every winter, covering Fernie's legendary super steeps
and creating extreme skiing that is the stuff of dreams.
Fernie is by no means only for the elite. Novice and
intermediate riders will love the big, wide open runs that are

Day 7 - Transfer to the
Calgary International Airport
Today you will depart Fernie and
travel 3.5 hours, along the Crow's Nest and Trans Canada
Highway to the Calgary International Airport, where you will
drop off your car rental, in time for your flight departure
home.
