Day 1 - Kingston
Your Canada’s Capital Cruise commences with boarding in historic Kingston, Ontario. After an introduction to the Captain and crew we will cruise the Kingston harbour on our way to our anchorage for the night in the 1000 Islands.

Day 2 - Upper Canada Village
After a leisurely morning onboard you’ll weigh anchor and cruise slowly through the 1000 islands and millionaires row on our way to Prescott and the 1000 Islands Sky deck with its panoramic view of the islands from 350 feet in the air. You will also take some time to visit Fort Wellington before heading for Upper Canada Village and our dock for the night.

Day 3 - Coteau Landing
Today step back in history as a horse drawn cart takes you the 1 ½ miles to Upper Canada Village. You’ll spend the good part of the day walking about this “living” village which depicts the great history of the area. After tea, your ship sails gently into Coteau Landing for the night.

Day 4 - Lachine (Montreal)
This is an exciting day as your ship re-enters the massive International Seaway of the St. Lawrence River on its way to Montreal. Pass through the Upper and Lower Beauharnois Locks before docking at the Montreal borough of Lachine. After a 2-hour guided bus tour of Montreal you will return to our vessel for a night of great food and entertainment.

Day 5 - Cumberland
This morning you depart early on your way to join the Ottawa River. Cruising along the river you will find yourselves directly situated between the English speaking Ontario and the French Speaking Quebec. Along the way, pass through the St. Anne and Carillon Locks on our way to the Quebec city of Montebello. This is an area deep in history and first explored by Samuel de Champlain in 1613. Dock at Montebello and disembark for a coach tour of beautiful Omega Park. Later in the afternoon the ship will sail for Cumberland. Tonight enjoy the Big Band Music and dancing onboard The Canadian Empress

Day 6 - Ottawa / Hull
Cumberland is a very historic village and is home to the famous Cumberland Heritage Village Museum. Tour the village and witness first hand the rich architectural heritage of the early 1900’s. Later cruise into the Nation’s capital, Ottawa. Your approach takes you past the Prime Ministers residence and many of the Foreign Embassies. Arrive in Hull/Ottawa for docking and the closing before debarkation.
