Day 1
Arrive in Halifax
Upon arrival at the Halifax Airport you will be met by your private sedan and transfer to your Halifax accommodation for an overnight stay. Your vacation begins at a hotel that is ideally located in the downtown core.
OPTIONAL TOUR Depending on your time of arrival, you may wish to book a Gray Line Tour of Halifax, Peggy's Cove or Lunenburg Tour.

Day 2
Halifax to Baddeck
Depart from Halifax on scheduled transportation to New Glasgow where you will be met by your Tour Director and board your touring coach. Then proceed to Cape Breton Island - "the Scotland of America." Visit the Alexander Graham Bell Museum in Baddeck to marvel at the many accomplishments of this genius. Spend two nights at a charming lakeside resort in the heart of Baddeck. (Dinner is included)

Day 3
Cabot Trail Touring
You're off to experience one of the prettiest drives in North America, the Cabot Trail. Cape Breton Highlands National Park is next as you wind along this ribbon of highway, where the mountains meet the sea. The vistas abound as you travel over the flat topped mountains. During your journey, enjoy a whale watching boat tour (weather permitting). Tonight there is a Farewell dinner. (Breakfast, picnic lunch and dinner are inlcuded)
Note: If you prefer not to join the day tour, enjoy a free day at leisure or perhaps play a local golf course.

Day 4
Baddeck to Halifax
The Fortress of Louisbourg awaits you. The reconstruction recreates one fifth of the town of 1744. Words will not do justice to the scope of this tribute to New France. Roam the streets talking with some of the costumed guides who remain in character, or sample the sustenance of the era. Your tour continues along the shores of Bras d'Or to the mainland. The last night is at the Citadel Halifax Hotel. (Breakfast is included)

Day 5
Depart Halifax
Your Escorted Tour arrangements end on check out from the hotel. You will be met by your private sedan for your transfer to the Halifax Airport in time for your onward or homeward flight.
