This Canadian train vacation company offers three different, two day, all daylight trips. Two routes of Rocky Mountain rail tours run between Vancouver and either Banff, Calgary, or Jasper. Guests disembark the train and stay overnight in Kamloops, BC. The third route runs from Whistler to Jasper with an overnight stop in Quesnel, BC. In 2006, Rocky Mountaineer Vacations™ began running the Whistler Mountaineer™ connecting Vancouver and Whistler.

Rocky Mountaineer® operates from mid-April to mid-October and over the holidays in December. Train passengers have a choice between RedLeaf Service® or GoldLeaf Service® classes and travel in comfortable, modern rail cars.
